It has been a fun and busy half term in the run up to Christmas. We have been bust learning how to write our letters and numbers as well as ordering numbers to 20. We have accessed the whiteboards and focused on writing some CVC words.
We raised lots of money for Children in Need. We wore out spots and completed lots of different Pudsey Bear activities.
December saw all things festive. We created shape snowmen and developed our problem solving skills by completing different repeating patterns. Some were really tricky.
December ended with a Carol concert at the Church along with our performance of the Nativity “Whoops-a-Daisy Angel”. We learnt all the songs and words and performed for all the parents. We loved wearing our costumes.
We are all really excited for Christmas now and look forward to learning lots of new things in 2019.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all of Red class.
